Three Steps to Your Next Job

No manual searching. No county website rabbit holes. Just draw a box and let RoofHound do the work.

01
Draw Your Territory

Draw any box on the map over a neighborhood, zip code, or block. RoofHound instantly scans every property inside your selection.

02
Spot Your Targets

The color-coded map shows every roof's age at a glance. Blue and gray roofs are 20-30+ years old — your highest-value door-knock targets. Skip the green ones.

03
Arrive Prepared

Pull a full PDF report with storm history and permit records for any address. Show homeowners exactly what their roof has been through.

Every search includes NWS storm history — see every hail event, windstorm, and hurricane that hit each property.

Questions? We've Got Answers.

Everything you need to know before you start.

Which areas are covered?
RoofHound is live in Florida only right now. Multiple counties are already running — including Sarasota, Volusia, Orange, Seminole, Brevard, Osceola, and Lake — with more being added on a rolling basis. If your Florida county isn't live yet, join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it goes live.
How often is the data updated?
Permit records are pulled from county permit databases. Storm data updates in real-time from the NWS. New permit data is added as counties publish it.
What if my county isn't listed yet?
Join the waitlist and we'll prioritize the rollout. The more roofers request a county, the faster it goes live.
Is this data accurate?
All data is sourced from public records — county permit databases and National Weather Service storm reports. It's not a certified inspection. Always verify before quoting.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. No cancellation fees. If RoofHound isn't making you money, you can turn it off.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Free trial includes 5 area searches and 50 single address lookups. No credit card needed.
